Make a Difference: Support the 8th Grade Trip to Washington, D.C.
Each fall, 8th graders at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy embark on a life-changing week in Washington, D.C., and other meaningful destinations (see Objective below).
The ~$3500 per student cost is prohibitive for many families, so a special fund has been set up to assist. Donating to this fund can help remove the financial barrier to allow more students to experience this seven-day, six-night trip to our nation's capital.
The deadline to donate is Friday, June 13.

The 8th Grade DC Trip Objective
As part of the 8th grade curriculum, this trip enhances, extends, and deepens the learning, development, and growth of our students. Through expeditionary-style learning, students will travel the East Coast, beginning in Colonial Williamsburg, exploring our nation’s capital in DC, discovering theater and Amish country in Pennsylvania, culminating in Gettysburg and departing home from Baltimore. Students learn to depend on Christ while growing in virtue, do hard and rewarding things, and encounter our curriculum through first-hand experiences. Additionally, this trip exists to grow our students spiritually, relationally, emotionally, and culturally, and enhance their understanding of a biblical worldview. We pray that through this experience, each student will grow in their relationship with God, as they see His goodness and love for them in creation and fellowship with others.

Donation Form
The mission of Pusch Ridge Christian Academy is to teach our students to become like Christ through a classical, Christian education within a covenantal community.
