As we are a Christian school, we require our teachers & staff members to be born-again believers and actively involved in a Bible-believing church.

Teaching Positions

8th Grade Science Teacher*
Middle school science teachers engage students in experimentation, research, discussion, critical thinking, and problem-solving as they investigate God’s divine order and creation. This is full-time position on our Upper Campus. Click here to see the description and to apply.

1st Grade Dual Language Teacher*
The specific focus is to encourage the use of the Spanish language through quality instruction, to motivate to continue in the study of languages, and to lay biblical foundations of how and why God uses different languages for His glory and His purpose. Part-time K-5 Art Teacher*
This individual will engage with students in a variety of fun, creative mediums. Ideal candidates will have experience and/or a background teaching Elementary Art (ceramics, drawing, painting). This is a part-time position (approximately 50% time) on our Grammar Campus. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous teaching experience. Part-time K-5 Academic Support Teacher*
We are seeking a part-time K-5 Academic Support Teacher for reading, writing, and math to work both one-on-one and in small groups. The ideal candidate is an experienced teacher possessing knowledge of and experience with learning challenges in reading and math. This position is 16-20 hours per week during the morning only. Non-Teaching Positions

High School Athletic Trainer
PRCA seeks an athletic trainer to provide injury prevention, injury evaluation and treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries incurred through athletic participation for our high school student-athletes. Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, hold a valid Athletic Trainers' Certificate obtained through the Board of Certification and must possess a current license issued by the Arizona Board of Athletic Training. Events Coordinator
The Events Coordinator is a part-time position averaging 25 hours a week, and a key member of the Advancement Team responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing fundraising and community events for the school system. This position is also responsible for coordinating and managing the Upper Campus CPF (Covenant Parent Fellowship). This individual will report to the Director of Advancement. Guest Cafeteria Team Members
